1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anarchy Project services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Anarchy Project provides software enhancement tools for gaming purposes. Our services are provided "as is" and are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Use our software at your own risk and discretion
Not redistribute, resell, or share your license with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
Not use our services for any illegal activities
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Anarchy Project cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

One license per user — sharing is prohibited
Account transfers are not permitted without approval
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms

5. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed through secure cryptocurrency transactions. Due to the digital nature of our products:

All sales are final — no refunds after license activation
Refund requests within 24 hours may be considered if software was not used
Technical issues do not qualify for refunds — contact support instead
Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
Prices are subject to change with notice

Chargeback Policy: Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent account termination, HWID blacklist, and forfeiture of all purchased services. We actively pursue fraud cases.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

License sharing — Sharing your account or license with others
Reselling — Unauthorized resale of our products or keys
Abuse — Exploiting bugs, DDoS attacks, or harming our infrastructure
Fraud — Chargebacks, payment fraud, fake accounts, stolen payment methods
ToS violations — Any breach of these Terms of Service
Harmful behavior — Harassment of staff or other users

Terminated accounts do not qualify for refunds. Bans are permanent and include HWID blacklisting. Ban appeals may be submitted but are not guaranteed to be reviewed.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, however:

Temporary downtime may occur during updates
Game updates may require software updates on our end
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Extended downtime (48h+) may qualify for subscription extension

Update Policy: When games receive major updates, our software may require updates. We aim to restore functionality as quickly as possible. Users receive automatic subscription extension for downtime exceeding 48 hours.

8. Referral & Affiliate Program

Our referral program allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers:

Commission rate — 15% for regular users, 20%+ for verified content creators
Payouts — Instant cryptocurrency withdrawals with no minimum threshold
Tracking — Real-time dashboard with detailed sales analytics
Lifetime attribution — Earn from all future purchases by your referrals

Referral program rules and restrictions:

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture
Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, bots, incentivized signups) lead to permanent ban
Commission rates may change with 7-day advance notice
We reserve the right to deny payouts for suspicious or fraudulent activity
Referral abuse may result in account termination without compensation

9. Limitation of Liability

Anarchy Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Game account bans or restrictions
Hardware or software damage
Loss of data or profits
Any other damages arising from service use

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced through our Discord server.
